Welcome to REVERIE.JP. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website reveriejpstore.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, contains a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — your order is accepted when it is dispatched.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and refunds
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. See our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Product information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. Measurements in size guides are approximate. These variations are not considered faults.

All content on this site — including the REVERIE name, logos, designs, graphics, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
