Refund policy

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us at reveriejpstore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, you’ll be entitled to a replacement or full refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or lighting are not considered faults. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be assessed for faults caused after delivery. Return shipping for confirmed faulty items will be covered by us.
